Andrey Viktorovich Chertok, born on February 18, 1987, in Nalchik.
In 2004, graduated from the Advanced Educational Scientific Center (faculty) – Kolmogorov boarding school of Moscow State University. Winner of All-Russian Programming Olympiads (2003 and 2004) and award winner of Moscow Mathematics Olympiad (2004).
In 2009, graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics Department, Research Automation Faculty.
In 2012, completed post-graduate study in Lomonosov Moscow State University and earned Ph.D. in Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics.
2012-2015, worked as a researcher at Lomonosov Moscow State University (Mathematical Statistics Faculty).
2011-2015, held a position of a quantitative analyst and managing partner at algorithmic hedge funds and developed algorithmic trade systems based on statistical analysis and machine learning.
In 2016, joined Sberbank to participate in projects related to data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
In 2017-2018, headed Data and Technology Academy of Sberbank Corporate University and was responsible for training Sberbank staff members in digital skills and competencies.
